Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Service

Vulnario ("the Service") is operated by Neolo. By registering your email address you agree to these terms. The Service monitors public vulnerability databases and sends email alerts when new CVEs match your registered tech stack.

2. No guarantee of completeness

Vulnario relies on third-party sources (NVD, CISA, GitHub). We cannot guarantee that every vulnerability affecting your stack will be detected or that alerts will be delivered without delay. Vulnario is an informational tool and does not replace a professional security audit or a dedicated security team.

3. Free and Pro plans

The free plan delivers alerts batched every 12 hours at no charge. The Pro plan ($29/month) delivers instant alerts and includes CISA KEV coverage. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. Your data

We store your email address and the list of technologies you select. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. We use it solely to deliver vulnerability alerts. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us via our contact page.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to collect data at scale, perform automated abuse, or circumvent any rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neolo is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including any failure to detect or notify you of a vulnerability.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
